Non-Refundable Registrations
All registrations are final and generally non-refundable once confirmed. Refunds will not be provided for
reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or personal
circumstances.
Refunds for Non-Delivery of Services
A refund will be issued only if we are unable to deliver the services as agreed. In such cases, the refund will
be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the participant's nominated bank account. Refund
processing times may vary depending on banking institutions.
